I went there the other day at 19:40 I I was told that the kitchen has closed never been so disappointed the way

As the Debonairs are Primarily for take away, I can't actually rate on Atmosphere. However, there is one bench inside (clearly placed between the shop's front door and the order counter, for the sole purpose to easily seat 4/5 customers awaiting their take-out order - it's not even close to anything that can be used as a table to dine at), but this bench has always been occupied by - mostly just one, occasionally 2 persons - using it like their old home sofa.... Not really sitting, rather lying on it, legs and feet on top of it, eating from the pizza boxes on top of their legs.... Leaving awaiting (some real elderly) customers to have to sit outside on the flower bed or complex seating. The problem I do have with this then goes back to this specific Debonair's staff: They don't care to address the bad image these "lounger/s" give as a "first impression" in their shop front. Then, should the staff - somehow - be unable to move the "bad look" outside, at least go to the door and call out the order numbers of the orders that's done, as ALL those awaiting to hear the number ARE outside. They only call at a volume intended for people inside, many times causing "done" orders colder once taken by a frustrated customer, who also waited as much as 10 - 15 min unnecessarily.... All snowball issues because they allow these slobs to just what they want. Sorry, I just felt I needed to explain after at least my last 5 visits having this experience, knowing how many other customers would stay away forever after just one such experience... For us: Debonair's franchises are known for some unique pizza options not available at any known competitor. But, to come back 5+ times, hoping to "this time" get at least a warm, freshly baked pizza, the minute it's done, that has multiple layers from your - otherwise knowledgeable, friendly staff, after 3 - 4 months of the same boring topping elsewhere, even I've now reached my limit .... I am therefor posting this in my final attempt to hopefully help you to increase your business if you want us and others like us to come back or remain your customers 🤔😞🙏🏻
